With a high number of regular clients, many of whom re-book during each visit, it is sometimes extremely difficult to accommodate new clients or to get an appointment, particularly at peak times.
Please feel free to, if you can't get the stylist you want, to take opportunity to try a different stylist from Copperfields. It's an opportunity to see what they can offer. Your client information technical notes are all stored on our database so it is very likely our stylists can achieve the desired look you want. At Copperfields we work as a Team, so as long as you are coming to one of the Team then that’s great.
Skin sensitivity tests are mandatory now at Copperfields. These tests literally take a couple of minutes to carry-out and ensure that you, the Client, have no risk of an allergic reaction when having colour in a Copperfields Salon. The test must be carried-out at least 48hrs before your appointment and applies to all New Clients to the Salon and to existing Clients whom have not had their hair coloured in a Copperfields Salon in the 12 weeks prior to their next colour appointment. Sometimes this skin sensitivity test policy can be inconvenient, please be assured that we only have your safety in mind.
We know that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable and we do operate cancellation lists for hair and beauty clients. If you forget to let us know, or leave it to the last minute to cancel, then someone else is prevented from an appointment and your stylist or therapist’s time is effectively wasted. 24 hours notice is all we require – please be aware.
